lonely also lonely
the nights without you
lonely also lonely
my heart tinged with blue

stars no more
flicker in the
skies
the moon has
lost its bright aura
since we said
our
goodbyes

in solitude I ponder
on my forlorn
shore
thinking of our
sun filled days
when we had
a complete
core

our rapport expired
to tattered
shreds
the unity we
once shared
frayed into
divided
threadsΒ Β

dimness prevails being
denied love's
flare
deficient of its
charming torch
my soul fees
a chillness of
air

lonely also lonely
the nights without you
lonely also lonely
my heart tinged with blue
