I Kissed a Girl

I was only 13 and nervous as a cat
but this feeling inside had me out of control
I looked at her lips and that was that
I had to taste them I just had to know

I really had no idea how to do it
but I was going to try no matter what
we gazed into each others eyes and we knew it
even though I had knots in my gut

I approached from the left I wasn't sure
should I come in from the other side
the feeling inside was the perfect cure
when we finally kissed it was electric glide

now that I have finally kissed a girl
I don't know why I would ever stop
the warmth the ******* heart's a whirl
