i'll never find a better sleep,

than one in which the sun,

denies to bring your eyes up.

i'll squander in wonder,

where they ever went.

i wait for light to die down,

the kind that made me squint.

promise i could never keep.

i still hear your soul scream.

burned too bright to see,

tiny stars that would sing.
