    In the mist of darkness
I will continue to shine
For I have the love of Jesus
In this heart of mine

In the mist of darkness
When the world is falling apart
Just like Atlas I will stand strong
With nothing but love in my heart

In the mist of darkness
If I get knocked down
I’ll get back up again and
Firmly place my feet upon the ground

In the mist of darkness
One thing will always be true
Just like Jesus, if you reach for me
I’ll be there for you

In the mist of darkness
When the tears fill your eyes
I’ll be steadfast with the truth
In a world filled with lies

There’s no mythical Unicorn or Pegasus
But like the hundred eyes of Argus
Evil will surround us, especially
In the mist of darkness
