Born into wealth or poverty,
Still the happy man is happy.
For he knows what others have neglected.

Born human or insect,
Still the angry man is angry.
For he yearns for more than the Earth can provide.

Born black or white,
Still the criminal is guilty.
For true Justice comes from within.

Born in Europe or Zimbabwe,
Still the cultural man seeks culture.
For he lives in the lives of others’.

Influence is formative – that cannot be denied
But a passenger on one’s own flight
Is simply living to die.
