I’m not sure what life is for. It is not for things outside us: avenues, avarice, Aspen’s avalanches, acquisitions. It may be for caresses, kisses, tender touches, ceaseless times of silence, holding, murmurs. I think life is for love and loving. Love is more than time. It is the Cosmos.
