Poems
Dec 2019
fleeting limitations
a blanket of white
descends slowly and steadily,
pausing
only to weave silky threads
through the evergreens.
it resides gently
upon its terminal resting place,
muting the muddy earth
with a barely audible "shh.."
and the finality
of an icy embrace.
