Getting by does not qualify it
Wish it had more quality
At least it looks that way
Perhaps that is the problem
Does one want to coast through their days?
It might be easier but there lies the problem
Is that the very best you can do?
Are we not supposed to strive for more?
You know what used to bes and supposed to bes get you
Maybe that is why there are days when you want to stop the world and get off of it
At least, it feels that way
