I sat quietly in the room with faint light
Like the light that once lit my soul
I gaze upon the world outside the window
Nothing but the sight of rain was on my sight

Splashes of water that washes away the will
Draining every last bit of my motivation
The liquid that pours over my lifeless heart
And vanquishes the remaining fire in my eyes

But the rain would soon fade
Hoping that passion would one day come back
Perhaps, the light will once again show its colors?
Only the cosmos would know
