As daylight lays upon its bed
blanketed by the midnight sky
What must it dream, does it dread
Is dew it’s tears from its cry

Does it awaken or sleep all night
Or toss and turn , or sleep so still
Planning of tomorrow and being bright
For us humans our dreams to fill
