Open your eyes
          so that you may see
                    the world
                 around you, the
            beauty that surrounds
                           you.

                Open your ears
             so that you may hear
                 all the joyous
              sounds of your world.

                  Slow down so
             you have time to revel
                 in your glorious
              world and breathe it in.

               Forget those painful
           memories as  you  try  to  
                  realize there is
               no   joy   in  re-living
                  unpleasant times.

                       Always try to
                remember, the main
                           cause of
                problems is solutions.

                  Start a new diet -- no
            more eating your own words,
              swallowing your own pride
