Poems
Mar 2019
the water is indifferent
This tether, to a dark ocean bed
pulled taut by the weight
attributed to this endeavour.
currents slicing
across sea floor
unanchored me.
lifeline
floating on the surface
upon water that might only be calmed
with time.
