Your car sits vacant across the street
I get the chills every time I see
The dozens of roses laying on your car
Thank you for remembering me...
Like the roses, I died too
I know it was way too soon
I lived as long as I could
But God needed me more
It’s ok, I’m ok, I’m good
Now that I’m gone, everyone can hear me
Loud and clear just like I hoped you would...
Take it from me, I wasn’t well
I slipped, I’ve fallen, I’m a flying angel now...
Wrote this for my neighbor who took her life. Her car is still parked across the street with roses on it in remembrance of her from her boyfriend and family.
