At the age of 5 you were my superhero
A Superman with powerful strength
At the age of 12 you were my idol
A man with the unexpected best
At the age of 16 you were a bother
I considered myself the unheard victim
At the age of 18 you were my friend
You filled me with advice and wisdom
At the age of 20 you were my angel
You put all of my sorrows to an end
At the age of 23 you were my dad
That is not a superhero but a king
