Liquid gold,
The substance of purity filled with the testament to man's very genius.

Reliant on nothing but relied upon by all,
The very life force of Earth,
An infatuated Earth
with a love song dedicated
to the very existence of the sun,
For permeating its varied skin tone
Bringing it the moisture it desires.
What it deserves.

For what is taken for granted
is often the cause of great happiness.
Often unnoticed but never not present,
A commodity on this Earth but a long forgotten Godsend.

Believe it or not,
it’s water.
