Stranger
How can I miss you
If I don’t know you
It’s a deep emptiness
That I can’t hug you
I feel this desire, I’m anxious,
To tell you “I Love You.”
To touch your skin
To have you close to me
Somehow I’ll meet you
Someday I’ll kiss you
And while you’re still a stranger
I still love you and need you.
The heart is, no doubt,
An awkward place to grow.
