I was terrified of meeting your eyes cause I knew the truth it holds
Was it only my imagination when I caught a glimpse of love in your eyes?
Then I realize that you were looking right at her
You were fixated on her beautiful flaws
That made her who she is
That made you fall deeply in love with life, most especially, with her

I admired your undeniable love for her from afar
No one knows how shattered my soul was that night
Sitting on the bathroom floor with the lights off
Crying my heart out
Asking when will the pain stop
Not even thrilled what tomorrow has in store for someone full of despair
Darkness was the thing I craved for
It became a necessity
And hope was out of the question
