I seek
your smile,
like a six
year old
engulfed
in the
curiosity
of you.

I peek
through
the diamond

paned windows
of your
thoughts
that you have
leftΒ Β open
to me.

everything new.

somethings
unexplained.

in the still
moments before
dawn,
I sit here
at my
key board
and talk to
it about you.

the joys
you feel.

the heart aches
we hide.

and then
you give
me pieces
of you.

and I
hold them
dear.

like sunlight
to flowers.

you awaken
me again.
