I hear the bells ring for peace but all I hear is the noise
I think about those forced to fight
Those lives lost by our own blind sight
Killing not another but self
Those who ran
Brave to face away from the harm
Still seen as the cowardly man
What a shame
And yet the fighting still echoes on
