Red
So I turned my body
into a bleeding canvas.
I painted myself red.
I drew pretty rivers,
on my arms,
mountains and hills,
on my stomach,
and forest fire,
on my thighs.
Everything poured,
out of me,
until, I turned to nothing,
until, I faded into the dark.
