Cut into your day, for this cake is yours.
Don’t let it be eaten by endless chores.

Everything and everyone wants a piece.
If you sit and observe, you’ll see it decrease,

until it is gone. No more to be seen.
Haven’t you noticed? They licked it clean!

So hurry up! Go grab a knife.
Cut and eat, before it’s your life.

When you die, you’re the one who’ll be dead.
You’ll watch from your grave as everyone else gets fed.

They’ll glance at your tombstone, saying, ‘You had your lot',
and go on with their lives, leaving you thinking, 'What?'
