she said she wants it to rain again

and I talked to the clouds to make her wish come true

eye rolls
every time I tell her she's beautiful

all my life I was treated like a porcelain doll on a shelf

she's cutting her wrists
says blood is so romantic

how I'd love to save her from her head

and together we lay in bed
watching the clouds come into our sky

there are things I wish she'd change

for now we fall asleep at the sound of raindrops hitting the roof
