you tear up when I say I love you
and say that you're not sure now
I ask: why wouldn't I?
and you say: why would you?
but I do, you know?
I can't imagine not loving you.
I love you
with all the absence
and the lack of care.
I love you for all you teach me
for who you are
and who you made me became.
I love you in the good and bad days.
I love you so badly that it hurts.
and it hurts even more to hear you doubt that.
