She had wasted her life
When womanhood
seemed so obvious
the mending of hems
and souls
came natural for her
Nightingale girl
with the big heart
who looks after you
they've taken advantage again
selling you short like
the plank that you'd walk
when you finally notice
that he's not into you anymore
and all the babies you saved
and all the makeup you wore
with all those dishes you broke
were all done in vain...
Good girls gone bad
