I am a burning light in the darkness
In a world full of misery and hate
I am tidy in a world made of mess
I am a seasick lamp stuck in a crate

You are a car with a tire overblown
You are a nice pancake crisp to the touch
In contrast to everything you've shown
I aspire to feel your silky soft touch

We will be the worlds new revalation
We will be the wind that shakes the palm trees
We will be the rare in the uncommon
We can be the beloved summer breeze

Many a man feeling down in the dirt
Cannot compare to the blood on their shirt
