Mar 2018
The cracks have appeared.
Wiggly lines stretched across
Such a flat mirrored surface.
They trace the hollows of my eyes,
The curve of my twisty cheeks,
Lines of thick black that fail to mar
My dreamless humanity.
Very old poem edited a lot over the years and I like where it is at the moment.
