On the only seat in the garden
She sinks in like a turtle
Drowning in the silent tears
Weighed down by an elephantine burden
Of mirroring the ideal template of a mortal
Death is her ally, letting her switch gears

"I am ugly they say
And laugh at my appearance
I am useless he said
And resorted to abhorrence

A mere form of energy
Trapped in a ball of chaos
Walls are closing in
I appeal for clemency
I want time to pause
Walls are closing in

I wish I was fair
I wish I was beautiful
I wish I was perfect
A mirage is what I see
Of all that is illusion
A life full of lies
Deceived to the very end
Betrayed at every step taken

I hope you know this
After I am gone
All that was and will be
I know I won't be missed
I wish you had cheered for me
For Once!!
All I needed is love"

On the only seat in the garden
She sinks in like a turtle
Drowning in the silent tears
Weighed down by an elephantine burden
Of mirroring the ideal template of a mortal
Death is her ally, letting her switch gears
