I read your poems
I twist in jealousy.
Some of you know yourselves better
Some of you are sadder
Some are angrier
Few are happier

I want to experience your deeper knowledge.
I want to have your deeper understanding.

My walls are impenetrable.
My exclusion is self inflicted.
I'll never have your freedom, I'll never allow myself the pleasure.
I'm a *****, a recluse.
I live in a tower of isolation.

Penniless and needy
My pride swallows me as I sit on my throne of superiority.
