If you've been hurt and in turn caused pain and felt it and done it again and again, thinking who doesn't,
don't do it
take it from me
one who's been through it

I have the scars to prove my case, unending unease, feel out out place?
I do.

The external in time becomes the internal, a rhyme and infernally so.

Try to make peace with others and peace will then come to yourself.

If it's only of my own making, this
taking me from and sending
me out to be blue
then only I am to blame.

Young and foolish lasts a short while
old and regretful lasts longer.
