I may not be the sharpest lead in the pencil
Or the brightest jewel in the display case
I also may not be one learned in higher degree
But I do have common sense in its place

My brains blade may only slice warm butter
And the Gummy bears in my thoughts a bit soft
I may only have, street smarts to lean back
But I know the difference between right and wrong

I'm certainly not the deepest layered lasagna
Or hold the brightest bulb in my head
But I know without a doubt that you struggle without
The first hand knowledge in common sense
