Maybe when i grow up
I will need you
Your advice on my dress
On my hair on my shoes
Maybe when i grow up
I will miss you
Our fights my arguing
And your finding answers to
Answers to things i don’t know
Answers to things you don’t think about any more
Answers to things on my existence
Answers to the trail of life
But maybe when i grow up
I will be a good girl
And know what i have to do
And remember my past
And think of you
Dear parents
This is about you
Even though i fight every second
Be a rebel every hour
But i know
i will yet miss you
when i will be old enough to be like you.
