He is leaving
Soon we will be just past pronouns,
When I was yours and you were mine
Because your light
Is not quite like mine,
Your grays are not,
gray like mine.
The more I see,
the less I know for sure.
We were not perfect,
but imperfection is not fatal.
It is only togetherness that counts.
I want what I get,
hope you get what you want.
