May 2017
is this theΒ meaning then,
that we
reach a deafening crescendo
and then fall silent,
fall forever
a feather
from an iron glove?
if so
what happens to the joyous
screaming of being and being
in love?
is that lost forever too?

There is an irony in the
searching out of
what turns into a
life long odyssey and
you find
the longest journey is
yet to come.

the suicide opt in
where you opt out
is not locked in
even when
you're locked out

but the silence kills us anyway..
