We were both impressed enough
At least our eyes were saying so
I asked her where she was going
For some reason she didn’t know

I wonder what you are really like
Is there any faith in what you know
I wonder if you are even aware
You went the wrong way long ago

You have no idea
No idea if you're gonna stay
And I'm so weird
You're gonna walk away

She tried to be everything that’s good
It makes it hard to face the truth
It’s easier to say I forgive you all the time
And only think about the games of youth

I noticed she was still looking at me
She had no idea how my mind just exploded
The entire thought was like a shot of whiskey
It went down hard but now my heart is loaded

You have no idea
No idea if you're gonna stay
But I know
You're gonna walk away
