chopping up a poem
in smaller pieces
like an onion
whose destiny
was to be a rehash
                     passive aggressive
                                         growling
                                           rows
smashing syntax
out of context
like the rocker
shattering his guitar

just to reflect the vitality
only found in things pulled apart
