Everything used to be black and white to me,
But now everything is different,
She is my prism,
She lures the colours to the world,
Even if to me there are none,
Every graceful movement: a waltz
Every shy word: a poem
Every onyx hair: a masterpiece,

And all of these things,
Distract me from my pain,
But the worst thing is,
That distraction, like all things, is temporary,
So when she leaves me,
I must go back to my black and white world,
Where the pain comes back,
The sadness comes back,
And the despair comes back,
Where I await my prism's return.
