Dec 2016
I'm lost in a sea of twisting emotions,
the ship that I'm in
sinking more every second.
One last forceful wave
strikes right in the middle
and the stern and the bow
are now separate pieces.
I can feel myself being pulled under,
into the frigid, black water
I'm holding my breath,
but I can't much longer.
You can't hear me screaming for help,
so I just keep it all to myself
for no one can save me now
as I've already begun to drown.
