The whole Earth is her altar
Each day blessed with her kiss
The Earth won’t ever falter
To bestow her with deep bliss

One ruby Sun her idol
That sweet giver of life
Which feeds the bridal flowers
Flourishing in wilderness rife

The only things she worships
Are fire, water, earth and air
If you’re looking for a pious soul
You’ll only find a heathen there

But you’ll never find a spirit
So steadfast and so fair
Who swells and dwells in earthen bliss
Enjoying its treasures rare
