Unlovable Things

I was once fearful of heights. I'd close my eyes in roller coaster rides, held my breath once up high. Never did I enjoy nor pay attention to the sight. But then one day, I just decided to fight the fears. Opened my eyes and just spread my wings, Imagined I was a bird taking her flight... Suddenly realized I was missing a life. A life filled with pure adrenaline rush, ecstatic happiness and wonder. While enjoying a view that without gears We mere humans cannot ponder. At the end of the day, I felt really grateful For taking the leap out of my comfort zone And realized that the best things in life Could be what seem to be unlovable
