We meet
You love me
I love you more than the moon loves the sea
We become like the seasons
You can be spring
With its budding cherry blossoms
I will fall
And you behold the color of my world
I love you like the people
I love like machines

We fight
And you let go
I hold on
Until my fingers lose their feeling
And I can't see its gone
The rivers and tides are seperate
Its all water
But the more that I follow
The more that I'm pulled under
I grasp for breath and fill my lungs
Finally I drown

We make up
You want to be again
But if it matters now
It mattered then
When I was gasping for breath
It mattered then
When it was nothing to you
Then this is empty to me
I can love you
But it can never be love it was before

After the sun reaches the highest point in the sky
I think its best that I should leave
When what I'm holding onto now
Is the better part of me
