Slumming
You were wrong again, mistress.
How many times the delusion
Oh, Queen of the Universe.
With your forgotten
bag of stars
left somewhere
on the train to Utah.
They'll never know
you lived on Venus and
loved for eternities.
But now here you are
feigning mortal on
a big blue ball.
Rolling your eyes at
white bread and to a man
called Jesus.
