Here they stand gazing upon the sky
Two good friends, a girl and a guy
They both loved being together
And hated being apart
So when one of them left, it broke their heart

For she liked her friend more and more each day

As days went on
She thought of her friend more
He was the only thought in her mind
The only thing she adored
So when that day came
When he decided to ask
To make them official
