Tiny Genes
The surgeon changed her nose
To a perfect classic form
And people forgot the original
Until her twins were born.
Surgeons can reconstruct your features,
Turn Plain Janes into beauty queens,
But surgery stops mighty short
In fixing those tiny genes.
