I am the result of a cheap bottle of wine
and a string of stupid decisions.
The misconception born when a maiden met a monster
and cursed herself with a kiss in the dead of night.
I am a living, walking, breathing mistake,
evidence of a horrendous ***** up to be hidden.
The very idea of my unintended existence sent you off,
running like the coward you were and still are to me.
I am the product of a broken and temporary affair,
the proof that love turns toxic and results in flaws.
The first person to hurt you should never be
the one who was supposed to first love you.
Therefore, I beg the question: What is your excuse?
