You are at my door
you never looked so lonely
what is it you dont know
answer that you looking for
or is it my protection why you are coming around
tonight,
oh well

Why are you telling me that i'am wrong?

a million people
having teary eyes
and you want the truth to destroy their lies
you want to be a hero
with a weary soul
but i can't stand watching you burning out like coal

Why are you telling me that i'am wrong?

you try to be strong
walk your way all alone
i want to hold your hand
but you turn your back at me in the end
do you really think that you can get through
with the way you do
i can only tell you that its true
that there will be no martyr for your wounded soul

and you dont have any answers
you whisper in the dark
words on the the street
or was it a bark?

so why are you telling me that i am wrong?
