The neighborhood is dim, as
snow falls, and
I smoke on the porch.
Watch the people pass
enclosed in the cars,
on their faces just regret, anger, or disappointment, and
I start to wish there was something I could offer them, but
I've got nothing myself other than a
fog of dreams in my head.
