Face turned up
Towards her light
In an idolatrous way.
Hot streaks of colour
Behind eyes closed
In silent appreciation.
Silky rays caressing
Naked skin
Like a long lost lover.
The scent of coconut oil
Tickles the nostrils.
Sunbathing
Is today's religion of choice
