When an older person says something, we tend to realize how much we've yet to learn.... but when a younger person speaks up, we tend to remember how much we've forgotten. Everyone helps someone else even when they don't realize it. Have you hugged a child today?
I'm a hostess in several groups of poetry
on Facebook. I was thinking of grandparents and
the things they could teach us. Then I began
to think of the grandchildren as well.
It's amazing how much we can learn from them.
