The color of a rainy day
The sadness when she goes away
The opposite of burning passion
The sea in all its glorious action

The color you feel when you hear
The word death
What a family sees at the funeral
Of a girl with everything left

It’s not sunlight, fire, happiness, light;
Its moonlight, water, sadness and sight.

When you see the grave
Of a dear friend, father, and husband
When you think you can save
Your young little cousin

A voice in the back of your head
Telling you that they’re all dead.

The color of a rainy day
The color when she goes away
What you see in the final moment
The thing that comes as a dreadful omen.
Like the Grim
