Free.
Running,
throwing myself into a free state of mind.
I have no worries.
I’m able to let go and escape.
The moon illuminates the Earth as I dance on the freshly cut grass.
The stars creating a path I decide to follow,
leading me to a welcoming forest,
It's midnight and I’m exploring.
I see a tree with dark brown bark and Earth green leaves towering over me,
it's calling my name.
I sit at the foot of it and look up,
In front of my eyes is this beautiful canvas painted with millions of stars,
The moon shining right onto the ground below me,
I find a sense of comfort and stability.
The chill of the wind gently swifts on my body as it wraps around me.
I stand up and think there is no place I'd rather be.

A trail on the ground, cleared of grass, just dirt.
I find myself in front of a cabin,
I smile,
This was someones escape,
A place to be free,
And dream.
And now I’m the one dreaming.
I'm free.
